These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HappiResume ("the Service"), operated by Minzzle Technologies Private Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What HappiResume does
HappiResume is an AI-powered tool that helps job seekers match their resumes against job descriptions, tailor resume content, generate cover letters, and manage job applications. The Service is currently in free beta.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free beta and credits
- During beta, each account receives 100 AI credits per month free of charge. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money.
- Features consume credits as shown in the app (e.g., fit analysis, gap-fill suggestions, cover letters). Credit costs are displayed before you confirm a paid action.
- We may change credit allocations, feature pricing, or introduce paid plans at any time. We will notify you of material changes.
5. Your content
- You retain all rights to the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload or create ("Your Content").
- You grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — including processing it with third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You represent that Your Content is truthful and that you have the right to share it. Do not upload resumes with fabricated experience, and do not upload other people's personal data without permission.
6. AI-generated content — important
- Suggestions, scores, rewritten bullet points, and cover letters are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.
- Match scores are estimates, not guarantees of hiring outcomes.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing everything before you send it to an employer. We are not liable for the consequences of submitting AI-assisted application materials.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Upload malicious, infringing, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Abuse, overload, or circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as purely human-authored where disclosure is required (e.g., where an employer asks).
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, templates, branding, and the HappiResume name and logo — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our IP beyond using the Service as intended.
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time; deletion removes your access and we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity, with or without notice.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH IS $0 DURING THE FREE BETA).
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miryalaguda, Telangana, India.
