Executive Banner resume template
A charcoal name band and spacious, understated sections for experienced professionals. Single-column formatting, standard headings and selectable text keep it ATS-friendly and easy to read. Free to download as an editable Word file.
Fictional sample: Alex Morgan, Senior Software Engineer. The download is editable in Word. No signup required.
Who Executive Banner suits
Executive Banner suits senior and leadership roles: directors, heads of department and experienced managers with ten or more years to show. The dark name band gives the page presence without a photo or a sidebar.
Layout and typography
Executive Banner sets the page in Calibri with a full-width name band across the top of the page and generous spacing that frames a shorter, edited history. The sections run summary, experience, education, skills; you can reorder them in the editor before downloading.
The airy spacing is deliberate. Trim each role to its three or four most important outcomes, lead with scope (team size, budget, markets) and let the white space frame it. Earlier roles can be a single line each.
Is Executive Banner ATS-friendly?
Yes. Like every HappiResume template it is a single column of real text with standard section headings, no tables, text boxes, columns or images, and a common font, so an applicant tracking system reads it in order and finds every keyword. The download is an editable Word file (.docx), the format most application forms ask for.
